Upcoming Holiday Closure: In observance of a holiday, Agilent CrossLab/iLab Operations Software Support Help Desk will be closed during U.S. hours on Monday, January 19th, 2026. During this time, support in the U.S. and Canada will be unavailable. APAC and EU Support will remain open as normal. For urgent matters, please add "Urgent" to your ticket/email subject or press "1" when prompted to escalate a call on the iLab Support phone, and we will prioritize those requests first.
The MCDB Imaging Labs contain advanced microscope equipment, image capture systems, software, and other resources available to all MCDB researchers and collaborators. A single, four laser flow cytometer is available for your use. This shared equipment is provided by the department to best aid as many research labs as possible.

| Training Request Information |
When requesting training, please email "BSBimaging@umich.edu" with your training request. Please share your sample imaging requirements, or if known, the specific system for which you require training. Training on the Leica SP8 and SP5 confocal microscopes typically requires two, 2-hour training sessions. Training for the Jeol 1400plus transmission electron microscope requires ~1.5 hours. Training for the spinning disk confocal imaging system requires ~1.5 hours. Gregg will provide the training sample.
