The Academic IT Core offers a set of specialized IT and data services with associated recharge rates in support of the education and research missions. Consultations regarding our services are offered at no cost. If you are trying to determine if a service we provide is right for your project, don't hesitate to reach out to us. The Medical School Academic IT Core was established in 2020 to ensure expert services are available to support innovation and specific academic projects beyond what can be provided by core IT as part of shared services. The Core is currently supported by recharges for the cost of services and is managed by Health Information & Technology Services (HITS - Academic IT). We are committed to providing high-quality, cost-effective services from a well-trained staff to Michigan Medicine faculty and researchers.
