Overview of Services

The Single Cell Analysis Resource at the Rogel Cancer Center provides experimental and technical services to the research community at the University of Michigan for researchers working with single cell programs. It aims to help researchers explore the molecular aspects of cellular heterogeneity, population diversity, and complexity within single cell samples prepared from tissues, biological fluids, tumors and cell lines. We have guidance on sample preparation and are able to give more detailed support if required.
